- Develop UI-based solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement UI developed pages.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our solutions and processes.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the team and the wider organization.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in React JS development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
